Shipping Methods

Every effort is made to have all merchandise in stock and ready to ship. Orders are generally shipped out within 5 business days.

We ship internationally via Thai Post/EMS, DHL, UPS, TNT and FedEx. Customers may also book directly through their own shipping account with any of these carriers.

Carrier selection: Unless you request a specific carrier at checkout or in your order notes, we select the carrier based on package weight, destination, and value, prioritizing the most cost-effective option available for reliable delivery. Postal service (Thai Post/EMS) is used by default for smaller, lower-value parcels where available; courier service (DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT) is used for higher-value, heavier, or time-sensitive shipments, or where postal service to your country is unreliable or unavailable.

If you have a carrier preference, tell us before we ship. Courier services generally clear customs faster but carry higher freight cost and carrier-billed clearance/brokerage fees at destination. Postal service is usually slower but typically has lower or no separate clearance fee. You are welcome to request either, and we will confirm the shipping cost for your choice before dispatch.

Import Duties, Taxes & Clearance Fees

All international shipments are sold on a Delivered-At-Place (DAP) basis: the buyer is responsible for all import duties, VAT/GST, and any customs clearance or brokerage fees charged by the carrier or your country's customs authority. These charges are set by your government, not by Sachi Gems & Tools Co. Ltd., and are separate from and in addition to our shipping charge.

Important points to know before ordering:

  • In most countries, import VAT/GST is calculated on the combined value of the goods plus the shipping cost, not on the goods alone. A higher shipping cost will therefore increase your VAT/GST as well.
  • Courier services (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT) charge their own customs clearance/brokerage fee on top of duty and VAT, billed directly to you by the carrier. Postal service (Thai Post/EMS) generally does not carry this additional fee, though it may be slower and offers less tracking visibility.
  • Many countries apply duty and VAT to imports regardless of order value; low-value exemptions have been reduced or removed in a number of jurisdictions in recent years, including the EU. Please check your own country's current customs threshold and VAT rate before ordering, as we cannot predict or control these charges.
  • We can, on request, provide a rough estimate of typical duty/VAT exposure for your destination and carrier choice before you complete payment — ask us and we'll do our best to inform you, though the final amount is always determined by your customs authority, not by us.

Order Confirmation & Right to Cancel Before Shipment

Once we confirm a shipping method and cost with you, this is final for that order unless you notify us of a change before we generate the shipping label.

If you did not select or confirm the shipping method for your order, or if you believe the shipping quote is unreasonable relative to the order value, contact us before we ship (support email/WhatsApp) and we will:

  1. Offer an alternative carrier or service level where available, and requote; or
  2. Cancel the order and refund your payment in full, provided the shipment has not yet been dispatched.

Once a shipment has left our facility, it cannot be recalled, and the customer is responsible for all charges related to accepting, refusing, or returning it, including any return shipping cost and duties already assessed.

Shipping Regulations

We must have your valid address with postal code and contact number. Shipping companies cannot deliver to a Post Office Box. 10 kg gross/volume weight limit on free delivery within Thailand. Products participating in a Sale, Discount, or Offer may not be eligible for free shipping. International customs clearance may take additional time. Products containing lithium batteries require additional documentation, which may delay shipping.

Damaged Shipment

If you receive an order that is damaged in transit, please do not accept it. If you are not present at delivery, notify the shipping carrier and us immediately so a claim can be filed. We may request photos and case details, or the carrier may inspect the package. Please retain all merchandise, cartons, and packaging until the claim is resolved.

Payments

We accept online payments via Credit Card. Orders exceeding US$1,000 may require bank transfer; we will contact you directly for these.

Safe Shopping

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure correct use of information, we use appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and payment information during transactions.

Working Hours

Our working hours are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (Thailand Standard Time), Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and most national holidays.
