Shipping to the USA
We ship gemological instruments, diamond testers, jewelry packaging and workshop tools from our Bangrak, Bangkok showroom to customers across the United States, from independent jewelers and gem labs to wholesale packaging buyers. Here is exactly how it works.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders leave Bangkok within 5 business days. Courier shipments (DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT) usually arrive within about a week of dispatch; Thai Post EMS is slower, typically two to three weeks depending on US customs processing. These are typical times, not guarantees.
Carriers
We select the carrier by weight, destination and order value. If you prefer a specific carrier, tell us in your order notes and we will confirm before dispatch.
US duties and customs
US import rules changed in 2025 and most commercial shipments now attract import duties and a customs processing fee regardless of value. Your courier bills these before or at delivery; we do not collect US duties at checkout. For current rates, check US Customs and Border Protection guidance for your product type, or ask us before ordering and we will help you estimate.
Prices and payment
Prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB). Your card issuer converts the charge to US dollars at its current rate. Exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout before you pay.

We dispatch within 5 business days. Courier services usually deliver within about a week after dispatch; EMS postal service typically takes two to three weeks.
Will I pay US import duties?
Most likely yes. Since the 2025 US rule changes, most commercial imports attract duties and a processing fee, which your courier collects before or at delivery. We can help you estimate costs for your order before you buy.
Can I pay in US dollars?
Prices are shown in Thai Baht and your card issuer converts the charge to USD at its current rate. The amount you authorise at checkout is the THB total.
