Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide from Bangkok via Thai Post/EMS, DHL, UPS, TNT and FedEx. Orders are generally dispatched within 5 business days, and we confirm the best shipping option and cost for your destination before dispatch.
Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?
International orders are shipped on a Delivered-At-Place (DAP) basis, so any import duty, VAT/GST or customs clearance fee charged in your country is payable by the buyer. Ask us before you order and we'll give you a rough estimate of the typical charges for your destination.
Payments & Invoicing
Do you provide tax invoices?
Yes. Sachi Gems & Tools Co. Ltd. is a VAT-registered Thai company and every order ships with a proper tax invoice.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online checkout. Orders exceeding US$1,000 may require bank transfer — contact our team and we'll arrange it directly.

What is your return policy?
