Shipping & General Terms

Shipping Methods:

Every effort is made to have all merchandise in stock and ready to ship. We will ship the most economical and fastest way. Orders are generally shipped out within 3 business / working days. We ship via UPS, DHL, TNT and FedEx. Also, customers can book directly through their own shipping accounts.

Shipping Regulations:

We must have your valid address with postal code and contact number. Shipping companies cannot deliver to a Post Office Box.
20 Kg gross / volume weight limit on Free delivery within Thailand.
Products participating in ‘ Sale, Discount or any Offers ’, may not cover Free Shipping.
For International Orders, Customs may take additional time for the clearing process.
All International shipments are subject to duty and taxes incurred by the government. Please read the respective country's customs policy before placing an order.
Lithium Batteries: Products contains Lithium Battery will require additional documents & clearing process may delay the shipping.

We know logistics can make a lot of difference in product’s cost. We have a dedicated logistic team to handle all the shipping requirement, expedite dispatch & smooth transactions.

Damaged Shipment:

If you receive an order that is damaged in transit, please do not accept it, in case if you are not there when it is delivered, please notify immediately to shipping carriers and us so we can file a claim. Occasionally we need to send set of pictures & case details, or the carrier will come to evaluate the package. Kindly save all merchandise, cartons, and packaging material until the claim is resolved.

Payments:

We accept online payments via PayPal or Credit Cards. Any order exceeds US$1500, we may contact you for bank transfer.

Working Hours:

Our working hours are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (Thailand Standard Time) Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and most National Holidays.
